What is mean by "Is the employer H1B Dependent?" in LCA?

Hi,

What is mean by “Is the employer H1B Dependent - Yes or No” ?

I was checking LCA application for few consulting companies and I found some companies mentioned YES and some mentioned NO.

I don’t remember the threshold but if number of H-1b employees at that company are above that threshold then they are dependent.

Search for LCA filing instructions and it will have that info.
