Hello, Me and my wife planning to attend a US VISA interview when we travel to India.
I am currently applying for my H1b stamping along with H4 stamping for my wife in India. My H1b Ext and my wife H4 Ext was approved while we were in the USA. While filling the application on us visa scheduling site, I have question on petitioner information for my wife.
Should I need to mention my H1b Details or my wife I-797A Details on the form for (Petition Name, Petition Receipt number) ? ( For her initial visa stamping I have used my name and my receipt number but now she has her ext approved here along with mine and she has I-797A with her name , little confused whether to use my information or hers). Please help at the earliest
