If I get approval before h4 visa interview, Can I still go for h4 interview as dependant?
If I get approval after h4 visa stamped , Can I still enter US without getting h1b stamping as I already got stamp for H4
Was your H1B filed as Change of Status or Consular Processing ?
If COS, the moment you step out of US, your COS is abandoned, so it will be fine for stamping of H4…
If it was consular processing, it is still fine, nothing to worry.
Either case, your H4 stamping will not have any impact. Nevertheless, you should talk to your H1B employer’s attorney and inform about your travel so that they understand that the COS will be abandoned.
