What if H1B extension is rejected?

I have applied for my H1B for extension, I was wondering If my H1 Extension is denied, do I have wait for the next April cap to refile my H1B? are it can be filled through out the year?

Extensions can be done any time. You should be good on applying anytime of the year. Good luck

Thanks for the comment, I aware that regular extension can be done anytime, if my extension get rejected does it considered to be refilling extension(anytime) or new H1(Only in April quota)?
