Hi ,
My h1b petition got approved few months back. In that h1b petition I state that I am unmarried but in reality I am married. I was not having the marriage certificate that time that’s why I did that. However I am in no mood to lie in front of Immigration officer during the interview. Please suggest me what should I do during the interview.
