Hi,
I am currently working on L2 visa and another different employer filed for my H1b which is currently in processing status. I wanted to understand what happens to L2 visa once H1B is approved? Can i still continue working on L2 after H1B is approved?
I prefer to stay with my current employer and does not want to join the other employer. What are my options if I want to continue on L2 status.
