Hi…I’m currently on L2 Visa status with EAD valid till Apr 2015. Also, my H1b petition got picked up in the lottery 2014-15 CAP.The problem is though i Have a L2 with EAD i did’nt get a chance to work, also my employer who filed my H1b could’nt find me a job till date. But I wanted to travel India in Jan 2015. Since I’m currently not working, can i travel and come back to US on my L2 Visa. If yes, what happens to my approved H1B?..
