I am now on nonprofit H1b，my NIW I140 is approved，my spouse’s h4 EAD just got approved too. Now she has an offer which requires long distance, so I want to change my current job to move together (probably also non profit job since it is easier to get H1b) ，as far I understand once the new place start my H1b application, I should be legally authorized to work.
The question is what about my spouse’s H4 EAD, do we need to reapply or will there be any gap between?
