It currently shows the following status on the USCIS website.
“On June 9, 2015, we updated your name for your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker , Receipt Number LIN159XXXXXXX.”
I filed my I-140 and I-485 concurrently in January 2015. I did my fingerprinting in March 2015 already. I have not received an RFE yet.
What does this status mean? Is this status due to pending name check?
