My H1B petition has been selected in lottery system and my case status is at Initial Review stage. I just want to know what percentage of chance(approx) do I stand to get my H1b VISA. Is there any big barriers in getting all the steps finished smoothly?

You are lucky you have got your H1 selected in the lottery! Congrats!
Approval all depends on whether you have all the documents in order. Whether your are Fulltime, EVC, EVVc etc.
You might get RFE if some thing is missing. You can have problems in stamping if some thing is missing.
So no body can predict! Keep your documents in order and keep your fingers crossed.
