Holding H1B petition and got my Visa stamping done from Company A. But they are unable to show opportuniites in my domain.
I am travelling to US within a week. So what things to be taken care to move to a good company with a permanent job and get the transfer?
While applying for transfer, will USCIS ask for paychecks from the time of entry to US?
Please share the best options i can have for a longer stay in US.
-Option1:-if your current company can’t show any job for your profile… you can find in market and clear the interview and join through your company. it is like a contact job you work with company 'X" they will pay your company A. Company A will pay your salary on your mutual terms. As per me this is best option for you.
-While applying for transfer, if you’re in US they will surely ask for your paystubs, since as per them you’re working.
-------Will USCIS ask for paychecks from the time of entry to US?------ this is not Valid question coz… How USCIS come in to the picture while entering to US… Immigration may ask your details(less chance) or they won’t ask. Coz they know that you already have visa in your passport and they have your details in their system.
