I need some advice on my next steps as my situation is kinda messed up. I maxed out my 6 years of H-1B so I moved to India and working remotely while my I-140 is being processed. My company laid off my team so currently my GC process also has stopped. I spoke to a couple of recruiters and they said they can’t process the GC while I work from India.
May I know are there any companies that can process the Green Card from Day 1 while I work remotely from India or which can accept Day 1 CPTs so that at least I can move back.
