You have got some excellent credentials and scores. There is no reason for you not to get an admission into top schools like Booth or Sloan. If you can articulate your passion and goal in SOP or essays, you should be able to get admission easily for PhD. I suggest you write to admissions or professors in those schools and get started so that they provide you funding as well. If you plan it well, you should have no issues anywhere. Good Luck !
