What all documents to carry for H4 VISA

Hello Experts,

I am in US and my family (spouse and 2 kids (age 2.5 years and 11 years) is in india. They have to appear for Bio-metric and Counsalte VISA interview in april end. May I know if my wife has to carry copy of client letter related to my job? Is photo of kids and wife (like passport ) also required? What other docs to carry?
