want help regarding H4 visa
we got married in 30th dec 2019. He went to US and i was waiting his H-1 to get approved then fnally he got his h1 and received I-797… now due to covid situation he is not able to travel in India so i am planning for EA
can i do so ?
can i give reason of family seperation?
plz help me
