Waiting for RFE response for 80 days

I have been waiting for RFE response from California centre for more than 80 days. I asked my company to raise a service request, but they are not doing it. I don’t know how to call them or is it good to raise a service request by myself. I asked company to upgrade my case to premium.

Please suggest what to do. Should I wait or can I do something here.

You can either continue to wait or convince your employer to apply for PP. Legally, you can also pay for PP fees, but the application needs to be filed by the employer.
