My employer called to the USCIS regarding the h1b status,The USCIS is telling my case is in security check.Please let me know what is security check? And how long it will take to get the status on my case?
RFE may take about 3-6 months, sometimes even more, there is NO SLA.
Go for premium processing to expedite the process
I also filled h1b transfer in last nov still waiting for the decision…
