I am currently on F2 (OPT) visa as my husband is on F1 OPT. I had applied for my H1b and waiting for H1b approval. My husband will be on H1b with effect from 1st Oct. TIll that time if I do not receive H1b approval will i be considered out of status. will I have to apply for my h4 even though my H1b case is pending? Need Suggestions.
