Wage determination for multiple work locations in LCA

Hi,

I’m on H1B visa and working at a company in San Jose, CA.
The place of employment in San Jose and home location is in Fremont,CA, which comes under a different MSA.
The distance between work and home is 20 miles and would like to WFH once a week.

If I apply for a new LCA and H1B amendment, how the wage will is determined since I will be working from two different MSA.

If they are in commutable distance, then they are technically fine and you maybe able to use same LCA. Though they are different MSAs, they are in commutable distance. So, you maybe able to use it. Check with your attorney. Also do update what your attorney says.
