Visitor Visa Rejected in past can i apply for F1 Visa

Hi I have vistor visa rejected and can i apply for f1 visa. Graduated in 2013

Since 2013 i have completed bachelors in computer

  1. MBA (distance)
    2.Teaching experience
    3.Currently pursuing PHD in English literature

Can I apply for F1 visa in computers or it will cause rejection again.

Yes, you should be fine. They are not really related as that was a different visa type and your things have changed a lot in the last 7 years or so…
