Visitor visa B2 for my mother.

Hi Saurabh,

I am planning to bring my mother to USA on B2 visa. She had a B2 Visa which expired in 2010, So my question is one of the documents needed for B2 visa is H1B Approval Copy, I have transferred to a new company and my H1 is still in initial Review…and my previous employer had revoked my H1B. Can you give me some suggestions on how to handle this situation?? OR do you think it is better to wait until i get my H1B approved and then let my mom go to her visa stamping??

U can show the Transfer documents and all supporting documents… IF it is really needed for ur mom to come…

Better wait for Approval it not immediate
