Hi,
My H1-B Visa is getting expired by 23Sep2015. And extension process is in progress with in my company. I am planning to apply Visitor Visa for my parents for travel in Aug 2015 . Will the Visitor Visa process be denied on the basis of my H1-B Visa date.
Is there a way to mention my extension is in progress and might get it approved before the travel ?
