Hi,
Currently my wife is on H4 extension and planning to visit India next month(Apr 2018). She has to get her stamping done as per the new approved H4 extension which will be till Apr 2019 before return to US. Mainly, her new H1B petition filed in 2017 is in RFE.
Here are my questions. Is it safe to travel to India? If yes, will she face any questions in interview when she go for stamping? Does this impact her H1 status? What will happen if H1 gets approved by the time of stamping interview?
