Visa Stamping with old employer after transfer approved with new employer

Hi,

I am Currently working with Employer A, I have Extension Approved till July-2017 and my Visa is Expiring in Sep 2014.

Employer B has filed H1B transfer, I have below questions?

  1. After H1B transfer is approved to Employer B, Can I Visit India and get Stamped with Employer A for myself?

  2. Also I am planning to file Dependent Visa(H4) for my Dependants, with Employer A and come back to US.

  3. After Coming back to US, can I join my Employer B? - Is that fine because I got Stamped with Employer A.

  4. If I join Employer B before going India, how many months should I work with new employer before visa Stamping?

  5. Employer B is an American Start up company, whether we will have any issues with Visa Stamping.

Please suggest.
