Visa stamping question

Hi,

I just have a question, my employer sent me the LCA and on the LCA the offered wage is for example $100,000 and i am getting on offer letter as $105,000. Not my actual salary just an example.

Will there be an issue if i go for stamping?

Nobody would mind even if its your actual salary

Well, jokes apart, i don’t think so there will be an issue. Since i am aware the wage which is mentioned in LCA is the minimum wage which your employer has to give you no matter what. That’s the minimum amount you deserve to get based on your location and experience you have. Your actual salary should be greater than or equal to mentioned wage in LCA but definitely not less than that.

Hope it helps !

haha thanks for the answer! i was just wondering and making sure :stuck_out_tongue:
