I have situation where I cannot go to India right now, but I have a Dropbox appointment date on Oct 15th.
Can I send my documents and Passport to my brother in India and get them submitted for stamping?
Or is it mandatory that I have to be in India?
You need to be in India physically as the CO will access your database including your travel history before processing your visa application.
