Applying for B1/B2 visa renewal, and got confirmed for Interview waiver. I have few questions - 1. The last name got repeated twice in the visa scheduling application how it can be corrected?
2. Is there any link of DS-160 form to the visa scheduling application?
3. In the drop-off location / OFC center, are there any staff members?
