Can we pay the Visa fees first without completing DS-160 form.
Basically I would like to whether we can change the DS-160 application number after paying the Visa Fees??
After filling DS160 form you will receive confirmation page/number and that you will use for the visa fee payment.
I believe that once the fee is paid, you cannot change DS160 application number…
If you are in a situation to transfer visa fee for another application, talk to your bank or nearest visa office. Chances are very little.
