visa expires in 3 months still 17 months OPT left

HI,

My visa expires in March 2013 and my extended OPT will start from Feb 2013.

i am planning to go to India in this November. Is there will be a any problem ?

I dont think so… you should be fine…Apply for extension before you leave. Have the latest I-20 with a recent signature from DSO (signature should be dated within one year) Emplyer letter, Pay stub etc proving that you are currently employed and returning to continue the job.
