Does anyone know how the rescheduling feature work on usvisadocs website? Does it work only for postponing or I can use this this feature for preponing as well?
I can see the date available on the profile home page earlier than the currently scheduled date but when I reach the appointment booking, the calendar does not appear. The customer care says that the First appointment available date is not the actual available date but only a tentative one. I booked the first time using this date only, so not sure why they say its tentative.
