what is my current status? I have approved and stamped H4/&EAD, H1 approved but not stamped h1 was approved after h4

I have to travel to India. Do I have to go for H1B stamping? Can I skip and continue on H4? Would there be issues coming back on h4?

If I go for H1B stamping and in case there are any issues can i travel back using H4 ?
