I have all the original documents (i797 etc.), have valid H1B visa stamping on my passport.
the employer backed out at last moment, due to funding issues.
I need to find another employer and it seems, getting offer is significantly easier if I am in US, in person.
I need to know if I could land in US on this H1B visa stamping. stay there for a couple of weeks and get an offer ?
Note that the existing H1B employer sponsor is still backed out.
