The new usvisascheduling site is not showing the family member in the appointment confirmation page. It only contains the primary applicant details and showing number of applicants as “1”. Did anyone come across this issues with the new visa appointment portal? Any inputs much appreciated.
Hi Gokul, I have the exact same issue . I see Primary applicant ( Dad) confirmation page and only his visa fees. Mom’s details missing. We have our appointment early next month :(…any luck on your end…was not able to connect with support team …no response…Pathetic
