I paid the visa fees using NEFT. But the visa system is not showing my receipt. Instead of that, it is showing total fees = 0 INR (because quoted exchange rate = 0).
Has anyone faced this issue ? Should I call their call center to ask for help ? Will showing up at the embassy gate help (I live nearby) ?
I have the same problem. For me, I don’t see any payment option. Please let me know if you find a solution. Will reply on this thread if I found anything.
If you plan to pay a visa application fee in the near future, please do so before July 24, 2023, as payment services will be unavailable from July 25 to July 28 to enable the system change. Services will resume on July 29, 2023.
