I have applied H1b extension in aug 2014.I got message like we updated your name realted to i-129 on OCt 28th and then updated on NOv 13 th request for additional evidence .Finally update again on Dec 3rd status changed to we have recived your RFE response and reviewing your case .I have cheked with my employer from last 3 weeks ,he been confirmed no RFE was recvied and he havent replied RFE as well.I have wornderd all these updates on my case .Is there any one facing same issue before.
My attorneys spoke to USCIS and confirmed that there is nothing issue in your application and dont have to worry about the website status, as there are many changes in their website recently .There is noting to worry.
Is anyone faced same situation before?
