USCIS letters not receiving even after service request raised

Hi,

My H1B was picked in 2nd lottery last year.

Notified RFE, But the letter was not received, even after the service request was raised.

Before completing the 30-day response period for a service request, the case is denied.

Denied letter as well not received in 2 weeks.

The delivery address is correct, for other letters no issue.

Can someone, Please suggest further steps should take to reach out to USICS and get letter details?

Is it your employer telling you that the RFE letter and denial letter was never received by them?
In which case their immigration lawyer should have communicated with USCIS as you can’t do much as a H1B beneficiary.
