USCIS H1B - RFE copy yet to recieve

Hi Everyone,

H1B Visa petition has been initiated for me and the present USCIS H1B status is “RFE". It was filed On June 5, 2012 and being processed by California Service Center. And on Oct 9th, the status moved to RFE. But am yet to recive RFE copy from Onsite. Can someone tell me what is the usual time it take for sending RFE copy ?

Hi

Within 15 days you should recieve the Hard copy to your onsite office. You need to check with your onsite people… They may delay or may not send it to you if the RFE is not related to the employer…

I have been checking with the Onsite team here. There no was update from them on this. Dont know whom I should contact ?
