USCIS e-request issue (USCIS not responding)

Hi Saurabh/ Guys,

Since, my application for H1b (new) was under "initial review" since April 2013 - I went ahead an initiated an e-request but sadly USCIS responded back with following 



"Our records do not indicate that you are authorized for access to information related to this case"



Can anybody tell me why would this be the case? Please see complete email from them below. Please note I have checked and cross checked the WAC number (its correct)

Title 8 Code of Federal Regulations 103.2(a)(3) and the Privacy Act of 1974 prohibit release of information to persons other than the petitioner, applicant or legal representative identified on Form G-28

I am facing similar issue. What did you do to fix this issue?
