USCIS does not have any information on my case??

Hello. I am in RQI/RP, my employer filed my application on April 1st. I have not received any response from USCIS yet. I called USCIS today and they could not find any information under my or compnay name, does this mean that I am not selected in the lottery?

The person at USCIS told me to contact the attorney to verify if the check is cashed and If the check is cashed they told me to call USCIS again to update them wiht the receipt number.

Any advise guys, does anyone else has the similar situation?

By the way I tried contacting my DSO as I am still in F-1 but they have a rule not to disclose any information until the decision is approved.

See with your employer whether the check is cashed, usually the receipt number is stamped/written behind the check.

If nothing works, you will have to wait patiently until the check is cashed or you receive the notice by mail.
