I am on H1B Visa,My H1B expires on August. What is the minimum visa Validity needed to enetr USA, If I travel from India during the COVID pandemic. Could someone please assist on it .
There is no minumum as such. You can enter as long as the visa is valid on the date of the entry. Usually people travel even with 2 weeks to 10 days from visa expiry. You need to have supporting documentation that tells how you long you will stay as well.
