Hello,
Can I apply for US Visa in-person interview at US Embassy in another country? I can fill in DS-160 and pay the requisite fees. Is this valid and allowed? (FYI, I am an Indian passport holder currently residing in India and my petition is approved but unable to find Visa appointment at Embassy/Consulates in India). I am thinking of traveling to another country and get the Visa stamped.
Please guide me.
