I had opt for drop box C1d, my status showing Refused and I recived passport with White Letter slip from Mumbai Consulate asking me to shedule followup appointment. but I am unable to get the followup appoinment option in the profile. please suggest.
Yes, sir I mailed them from 24th March 2022 till date I am mailing and calling them 2 times a day. They are not replying to my mail and if I call them they are telling ok we will inform the concerned dpt. i need to join my vessel by 6th April 2022. I am constantly pushing them but they are reluctant. Is there any other way or email where I can ask for help
