US tourist visa renewal - interview waiver (Jalandhar/Chandigarh Dropbox centers)

I am in the process of renewing my US B2 tourist visa. I have

  1. competed and submitted DS160
  2. Create login at Cgifederal website and paid for the application. Also have received the receipt number.
  3. I have qualified for interview waiver/Dropbox renewal.

I want to submit my interview waiver renewal application at Jalandhar/Chandigarh CGI service center but the cgi portal only shows following locations (Delhi, kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai) in the drop down. How can I make an appointment at Jalandhar/Chandigarh centers.
Can you please help.
