Urgent_Travel on h4 questions with H1B approved & stamping

Hi Saurabh,

 

Good afternoon!!

 

I have a few question and request you please guide me at this present situation at the earliest.

 

Current Visa Status: H4

Future Status(effective Oct 1): H1B

 

I am travelling to India on June 24th, Returning on August 30th.

 

1) Do I need to go for Visa stamping(H1B) or can I come back to the US on H4?

 

2)Do I need to carry my offer letter and provide it when asked at the POE? Will they ask me any questions about my work and H1B etc(though I will still be on H4)?

 

3)Please advice on what documents I need to carry with me(apart from I-797(spouse)).
