Urgent inputs on H1 to F2 to H1

Hi Friends,

Its Urgent…need your inputs on below query.

I have selected on 2014 H1B lottery and visa stamping also finished by Sep 2014 but never traveled and visa got expired on Sep 2015 as my company applied visa for one year. Now my wife is planning to do her MS and is it possible for me to enter into US on F2 and change my status back to H1B (in case an employer who is ready to process my H1B under CAP Exception)?

Yes, this is possible. Enter on F-2, and later apply for COS to H-1.
