Urgent : H4 visa interview issues with approved H1B petition

Hi,

This is urgent.

I have a valid H1B petition but want to travel to US on H4. I have my H4 visa interview day after.

Will my appearing for H4 interview have an impact on the H1B approval? Are there any chances of H1B getting cancelled due to this?
