Urgent-H1B withdrawal with petition in progress

Hi All,

I was working with Employer A till April with a H1B valid till Sep 2018.Employer B filed my Transfer and i joined them with the receipt notice.My project is likely to end in October.My I-94 is valid till September and my transfer petition is in progress…

What are the best options for me.

  1. Ask employer B to withdraw my transfer.If so ,my employer says i will be out of status from April.

  2. File COS to L2 based on my spouse peition.Will it be also counted as Out of status?

Please help.
