I have an unused, approved, unstamped, expired and revoked H1B from my current employer which got approved in Jun 2015 and valid through 08/02/2018. The reason they have revoked the petition is that they stopped sending people onsite on H1b after that year. However I have travelled to USA on L1B in 2018 and currently here in US from past 3 years.
Now can you please help me to understand if I can use my H1b petition to file Cap-exempt H1b transfer with another employer? If yes, Then until which year I can use that petition to file H1B transfer.
