Hi Experts,
I have H1B visa but it has not been stamped yet. Due to some reason, I have to quit the job and have to travel USA on H4 with my spous. Now I want to know, is it possible for any new employer to transfer my visa.
Or will my visa be of no use. I just have petition number and do not have the copy of I797 as my employer did not shared it.
Till now I know that my H1 has not been revoked. What if my H1 is revoked, will I be cap exempted even after it?
