Unused approved H1B(2009) without stamping , can it be reused now ?

I have an approved H1B(2009) but never-used-or-stamped. Reason, Before i execute that, sponsored company closed during recession period. Can i make use of this H1B petition now. If so, please suggest me. Appreicate your help in this regards. Thanks !

FYI: I worked in US from 2007 till 2011 in L1B.

A new employer (or your current employer) can file a cap-exempt H1B petition for you anytime until 2015 (6 years from 1st approval).
